1.) Can you make changes to the wrappers that you offer?
We often receive requests for changes to our standard wrapper designs. We are happy to make any adjustments to our designs. Please contact us for additional information at How Sweet It's Wrapped.
We offer our customers the option to create a completely unique personalized wrapper with no additional fee. We can create a wrapper just for your special occasion. Please contact us at How Sweet It's Wrapped.
We accept images via e-mail at How Sweet It's Wrapped, as well as through the US Mail service. Please be sure to include your name and order number when sending your images. The submission will be returned with your order or mailed separately after your order has been processed.
A proof will be emailed or faxed to you as we require your approval prior to production.
5.) Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to our exceptionally short processing time and the personalized product, changes or cancellations may be subject to a fee. Please provide your order number and name when communicating with us.
We accept the following methods of payment for online orders:
· Paypal, Personal Check*, Money Orders**
**Personal check orders and Money Orders will not be shipped until after bank clearance.
Please send money orders / Personal Checks, along with your name, order number or order form.
We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making your personalized wrapper. We offer Regular and Express UPS service shipping delivery. Shipping costs are calculated for each individual order.
All our chocolates are shipped via 2-3 day or overnight delivery.
We strongly recommend that orders placed in between the months of May-September be for "wrappers only". All wrapped chocolate orders placed during this time will be subject to an additional $15 fee for added insulation, and we recommend that you upgrade to overnight shipping. We take all precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your chocolate items, however, we will not be responsible for the condition of the chocolate once they have been shipped. We suggest that you have them delivered to an address that someone is home to accept delivery, so the chocolates will not be left outside. You will receive an email to advise when to expect your shipment.
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS ground, whichever is more economical. You can choose to upgrade shipment if you need the items faster.
Shipping charges are calculated based on method of shipment, destination, weight. Please take note that during checkout, shipment is not processed. Once your order is receive, we will contact you for shipping options and charges, at which time payment will be due.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality personalized custom wrappers.
Any of the styles that you see on this site can be made for the mini’s or fun size candy. Do keep in mind that the smaller wrappers are limited in size. All designs will be sent to you for your final approval before filling your request.
For special occasions, events or wedding favors, we recommend you place your order 3 – 4 weeks prior to the event, allowing us processing time and ensuring you receive the product at least 7 days before your event. There is a $30.00 Rush Order fee if products are needed within 7 days.
